About the role

We’re looking for a Finance Associate (Part-Time, 20 hours per week) to support our finance team while completing their final year of university. This role is ideal for a working student who wants hands-on experience in finance within a fast-growing tech company. You’ll be responsible for managing accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring financial accuracy, and supporting our Finance Manager with daily operations.

What you'll do

• Manage accounts payable (processing invoices, tracking payments, ensuring timely disbursements)
• Handle accounts receivable (issuing invoices, following up on outstanding payments)
• Assist with bank reconciliations and financial record-keeping
• Support month-end and year-end reporting and ad hoc financial processes
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data
• Help optimize and improve finance workflows

What we're looking for

• Final-year university student in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Basic understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial work
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort with (or desire to learn) financial systems
• Ability to work independently while supporting a small finance team
• Fluent in English
