About the Role

As a Growth Product Manager, you will drive our organic traffic and self-served revenue. This role is central to our product-led sales go-to-market strategy. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of crucial growth product initiatives, focusing on unlocking remarkable experiences for our core customer base.

Responsibilities

Developing and owning the growth product strategy and roadmap

Conducting hypothesis testing through rigorous A/B tests to validate growth initiatives.

Collaborating with data analysts to improve the conversion funnel, ensuring a seamless customer journey.

Overseeing customer acquisition strategies to expand our user base.

Enhancing activation through optimized onboarding flows.

Focusing on retention by implementing effective email sequences and reactivation campaigns.

Influencing our monetization approach, aligning it with customer needs and market trends.

Developing and iterating on growth models and loops to sustain and amplify growth.

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS or AI-related field.

Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Experience in a startup environment is a plus.

Knowledge of product-led growth strategies.
