About the role:
We’re looking for a motivated Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fast-growing sales team. This role is perfect for someone with at least one year of SDR or BDR experience who’s ready to take on more responsibility, sharpen their skills in inbound qualification and grow into an Account Executive role over time.
You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our prospects, primarily handling inbound leads while also supporting targeted outbound initiatives. As you ramp, you’ll also begin to own smaller, low-ACV closing cycles, giving you a natural career path toward a closing role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound lead management: Qualify, nurture and convert inbound leads into high-quality opportunities.
- Outbound campaigns (selective): Support targeted outreach when required, particularly for expansion or strategic accounts.
- Qualification & Routing: Apply structured qualification to segment between low-ACV and high-ACV potential, ensuring AEs focus on the right opportunities.
- Own low-ACV cycles: Progressively manage and close smaller transactional deals (<$15k ACV), building closing experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with AEs and the SDR Team Lead to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent messaging.
- CRM hygiene: Maintain accurate notes, activity tracking, and pipeline updates.
- Feedback loop: Provide insights from lead conversations to improve inbound processes and marketing alignment.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of experience as an SDR, BDR, or similar sales development role (SaaS or tech preferred).
- Strong communication and discovery skills; comfortable speaking with prospects at different seniority levels.
- Track record of hitting or exceeding activity and pipeline targets.
- Process-driven and able to follow structured qualification frameworks.
- Ambition to develop into a closing role within 12–18 months.
- Proactive, curious, and eager to contribute ideas beyond your own pipeline.
